I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for the care and safe use of all equipment rented from MJ Beach Company LLC, including but not limited to chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, coolers, wagons, sand toys, boogie boards, and cornhole boards.

I acknowledge that using beach equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, weather-related incidents, and ocean hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the equipment.

I agree to return all equipment in good condition. I will be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during my rental period.

I understand that MJ Beach Company LLC is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during my use of the equipment.

I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by MJ Beach Company LLC and to use the equipment only as intended.

I understand that refunds are not provided for early returns or inclement weather once the equipment is delivered.

I have read and agree to the terms of the Rental Waiver.
